The Advanced Planning Budget Manager leads the financial development of the Advanced Planning Documents (APD). This role develops and creates reputed company Detailed Budget Tables (MDBT), collaborates with interna land external stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, vendors, contract and budget offices, and other key stakeholders to reputed company APD budgets. This includes drafting the budget, financial, business and technology narratives required to reputed company the status of activities for reputed company reputed company in various phases throughout the planning, implementation, and operations phases of their lifecycle and are directly reputed company to CMS reputed company, state specific goals, and project requirements. The role serves as the organizational expert and consultant on CMS rules/policy for APD development and participates in CMS Systems Certification. Proven experience in developing and creating the reputed company Detailed Budget Table (MDBT) Required 7 Years Demonstrated ability to collaborate with reputed company stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Required 10 Years Proven experience with tracking APD project actual expenditures against CMS approved APDs to ensure reputed company are reputed company budget. Required 7 Years Expert working knowledge of CMS Systems Certification and Compliance. Required 7 Years Prior state government/reputed company sector experience with health and reputed company services programs (such as reputed company, MES, MIMS, etc) Required 10 Years Experience executing against multiple priorities/reputed company. Required 10 Years Expert level ability to interpret reputed company and NC FAST policies to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Required 7 Years Expert level Advanced Planning Document (APD) development or Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), contract or grant writing.
