Seeking an reputed company contractor to design, reputed company, and help stand up a comprehensive reputed company program at the reputed company reputed company. The contractor will be responsible for developing, documenting, and, as feasible, implementing or operationalizing, reputed company program policies and plans to enhance reputed company governance, compliance, and risk management practices for reputed company, that can reputed company inform reputed company recommendations for reputed company executive reputed company agencies.
Scope of Work: Along with reputed company counsel and others, the contractor will reputed company the following tasks:
1. Policy & Governance reputed company Development:
o Establish reputed company procedures tailored to the agencys operations.
o Establish a reputed company governance structure, including roles and responsibilities.
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for reputed company program reputed company.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
o Create processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reputed company laws and regulations.
o Create processes for reputed company reputed company Assessments (PTAs) and reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs).
o Identify systems that process personally identifiable information (PII) and other regulated data, and identify key stakeholders associated with those systems per NIST Risk Management Frameworks (e.g., system reputed company, authorizing official, etc.).
3. Training & Awareness:
o Create reputed company communication materials, best reputed company guidelines, and training.

4. Incident Response & Data Breach Management:

o Support integration of data/reputed company tools and controls into agency IT systems, including the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform.

Required Qualifications & Competencies (8-10 Years of Relevant Experience Required):
