In-House General Counsel (REMOTE) In-House Counsel | Remote (reputed company Preferred) A growing organization in the solar manufacturing and energy supply chain sector is seeking an In-House Counsel to support reputed company operations reputed company to reputed company contracting, trade compliance, and supply chain traceability. This role will primarily report to the reputed company Director and partner with the General Counsel on select reputed company. The position plays a key role in managing U.S. forced labor compliance and import traceability requirements tied to solar module manufacturing and distribution. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain supply chain traceability documentation, including requirements under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention reputed company (UFLPA) and reputed company enforcement frameworks • reputed company directly with reputed company (CBP) regarding cargo detentions, examinations, or enforcement actions • Prepare and submit traceability documentation and coordinate the release of detained merchandise • Advise internal teams on CBP standards and best practices for traceability documentation and compliance • Support domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit certification requirements • Review and negotiate reputed company agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics reputed company • reputed company guidance on solar manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution reputed company • Support trade and import compliance reputed company including tariffs, AD/CVD, and reputed company 301 issues • Manage routine reputed company reputed company and coordinate with reputed company counsel as needed Qualifications • Juris Doctor and reputed company U.S. bar admission required • Approximately 3+ years of reputed company experience • Experience in solar manufacturing or energy supply chain environments required • Strong knowledge of UFLPA compliance and forced labor regulations • Familiarity with CBP documentation standards and supply chain traceability requirements • Experience handling CBP detentions or import compliance reputed company strongly preferred • reputed company proficiency is a plus but not required • Intellectual Property experience is a plus but not required Compensation • $200K reputed company + bonus eligibility and full benefits Location • Remote role, with preference for candidates located in reputed company, Texas HOUWD51 Interested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job reputed company 136952 reputed company responding to this ad.
