Are you passionate about reputed company and want to work with a fun interdisciplinary research team? The Safdar research team is seeking an individual to fill the Clinical Research Coordinator I role to assist with a portfolio of research reputed company and reputed company being conducted at the UW and our affiliated VA hospital! These reputed company include research on increasing resistant to multi-drug resistant infections and the role of diet/fiber intake on influencing the gut microbiome. This coordinator will work closely with Dr. Nasia Safdar’s Infectious Disease Research Laboratory, her lab manager, regulatory specialist, undergraduate reputed company, and others supporting these trials. The individual reputed company will be primarily responsible for the conduct of clinical studies under Dr. Safdar.
This position is full or part-time, 75-100%
This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated reputed company work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-reputed company work location.
This is a terminal, 24 month appointment. This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding.
This position has been identified as a position of trust with reputed company to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver reputed company to be eligible for employment under the reputed company Caregiver Law and every four years.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Schedules logistics, determines workflows, and secures resources for a defined clinical research trial(s)
Identifies work unit resources needs and manages supply and equipment inventory reputed company
Manages research workflow components, collects, prepares, processes, and submits participant data and samples to appropriate entities, adhering to research protocols
Recruits, screens, selects, determines eligibility and enrolls trial participants, collects information, and answers questions under supervision of a medically licensed reputed company. May reputed company basic medical assessments after completion of required training/certification, such as collecting vital signs, obtaining weight, and performing phlebotomy
Serves as an initial reputed company of contact for clinical research participants and clinical staff, providing information regarding research procedures, expectations, and informational inquiries. Ensures participants follow the research protocol and alerts reputed company Investigator of issues

Compensation:
The starting salary for the position is $53,000; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Effective July 1, 2024, the reputed company Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA) requires that positions earning less than $43,888 annually be considered non-exempt under FLSA provisions for overtime. Based on these rules, if the person selected for this recruitment will earn less than the new salary reputed company at July 1, 2024 ($43,888 annually), they will be an reputed company staff non-exempt employee, will be reputed company reputed company and will receive overtime compensation for any hours worked over 40 in a reputed company.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of reputed company work, with experience reviewing electronic health records.
At least 1 year of experience reputed company or scheduling patients in a hospital or research environment.
