Job Title: Attorney III Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Remote Job) Duration: 12+ Months Contract/Possibility of extension Shift: Must be reputed company to work PST 8-5pm hours. Pay reputed company: $85 to $90/hr Responsibilities: About the Role • We are seeking an reputed company Contract Attorney to support our Indirect Procurement and IT organizations. What You’ll Do • IT Contracting (Primary reputed company) • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of IT agreements, including: • reputed company and reputed company services • Software licensing (perpetual, term, subscription) • reputed company and managed services • Infrastructure, networking, and telecom agreements • Statements of Work (SOWs) • Ensure alignment with internal standards for reputed company, reputed company, SLAs, and reputed company terms. • Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, reputed company, and Procurement to address risks and drive deals to completion. • General reputed company Contracting (Secondary reputed company) • Support procurement buyers with drafting and negotiating: • Master Service Agreements (MSAs) • Consulting and vendor services reputed company • Operations agreements • NDAs and renewals • Data reputed company agreements Risk, Compliance & Business Support • Identify and mitigate reputed company and reputed company risks across IT and indirect spend categories. • Interpret reputed company reputed company language into reputed company business implications for stakeholders. • Participate in vendor and internal meetings to support deal execution. • Improve contract templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows. reputed company’re Looking For Required • Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company license in at least one U.S. state. • 7–10 years of experience drafting and negotiating IT and reputed company reputed company. • Deep familiarity with: • reputed company/reputed company contracting • Software licensing • Data protection and reputed company terms (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) • IP ownership and licensing • Ability to independently manage a high-volume, fast-moving contract portfolio. • Strong communication skills with both reputed company and non-reputed company stakeholders. Preferred • Experience supporting Indirect Procurement or sourcing organizations. • Previous in-house counsel or corporate contracting experience. • Familiarity with InfoSec controls (SOC2, ISO 27001), data reputed company, and vendor risk assessments. • Comfortable negotiating with major reputed company technology vendors.
