Director, Corporate Counsel

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will own day-to-day reputed company operations — spanning data reputed company compliance, reputed company contracting, and M&A support — without reputed company reports. Key Responsibilities Data reputed company & Compliance • Serve as reputed company's subject matter expert on data reputed company law, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging U.S. state reputed company regulations. • Design, implement, and maintain reputed company's reputed company program, policies, and internal controls. • Advise product and engineering teams on reputed company-by-design principles and data handling practices. • Manage regulatory inquiries, data subject requests, and breach response protocols. Requirements Requirements • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing. • 7+ years of reputed company experience, with significant time in-house at a technology or data company. • Deep, hands-on expertise in data reputed company law — including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and data processing agreements — is required. • Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing reputed company data licensing and reputed company reputed company. • reputed company experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal execution. • Proven ability to operate independently, manage a high volume of reputed company reputed company, and deliver actionable guidance without reputed company support staff. • Strong communicator who can translate reputed company reputed company issues for non-reputed company stakeholders.
