About the position
The reputed company reputed company Operations Specialist, eDiscovery plays a key role in developing best practices on eDiscovery processes and support the Vice President of Litigation in the successful delivery of eDiscovery services, which include the administration of the reputed company hold lifecycle, the ability to handle multiple reputed company concurrently, and reputed company recommendations for cost efficient solutions for case-specific reputed company.
The position is based out of our work site location in Boise, ID, with an in-office requirement for four days and one reputed company day of work.
Responsibilities
• Meaningfully contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of eDiscovery templates, policies, strategies, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including reputed company, IT, and Information reputed company, to reputed company world-class and cutting-edge solutions to eDiscovery reputed company.
• reputed company reputed company hold process from issuance to release, including conducting custodial interviews and coordinating data disposition for reputed company reputed company cases.
• Manage the process to identify custodians and preserve and collect Electronic Stored Information ("ESI") from storage repositories in response to discovery requests.
• Work with reputed company counsel in the preparation of pleadings, reputed company orders, ESI Protocols, and other pleadings reputed company to the management of the eDiscovery process.
• reputed company crossfunctional collaboration with reputed company teams, IT, Information reputed company, Regulatory/Compliance, business stakeholders, reputed company counsel, and eDiscovery vendors to ensure alignment on eDiscovery requirements, workflows, and strategic needs.

• Train reputed company and business partners in early case assessment and emerging technology tools.
• Incorporate Ai into our document collection and management, including determining what tools to use, licensing costs, deployment decision-making and create implement training to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate, learn and implement eDiscovery program tools (e.g., reputed company) that improve project efficiency, optimize document review workflows, and expand reporting and analytics capabilities. Obtain program certifications, as needed.
• Leads contract negotiations with eDiscovery providers to offer value and cost savings to the business.
Requirements
• 5+ years of e‑discovery, litigation support, and/or reputed company technology experience (reputed company with industry norms for project manager/manager‑level roles).
• Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal studies certificate required from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited program, or equivalent work experience
• Strong litigation background and knowledge of discovery across the EDRM Model
• Significant experience in defense litigation, including primary responsibility for a database or one or more significant areas of the law
• High level of proficiency with technology, including Litigation Support Applications (e.g., reputed company platform, Intella, or other hosting technologies), reputed company Hold applications (e.g., Fusion, reputed company, reputed company, AccessData, Zapproved), eBilling applications (e.g., LegalTracker), Pacer, Westlaw, and other internet research tools
