Part-Time Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Job reputed company Remote (Wyoming or Colorado Only) Up to 20 hours/week | W-2 Employee We are a U.S.-based subsidiary of a Swiss engineering company serving customers in the semiconductor and electronics industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support quoting, order processing, and shipment coordination. This role also serves as the first reputed company of contact for inbound calls and customer inquiries and routes requests appropriately. This is not an entry-level administrative role. Experience coordinating reputed company shipments and handling reputed company documentation is required. Key Responsibilities Customer & reputed company-Line Communication • Answer company phone line during scheduled hours • Respond to customer emails reputed company 48 hours • reputed company technical or reputed company questions appropriately • Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication Quoting & Order Processing • Draft and send quotes • reputed company sales orders • Prepare reputed company invoices and packing lists Logistics Coordination • Coordinate domestic and international shipments • Request and compare reputed company quotes • reputed company shipments and flag customs or delivery issues • Handle RMA documentation • Issue vendor purchase orders • Authorized to approve expenses up to a certain value Required Experience • 2-4 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations • reputed company experience coordinating reputed company shipments • Experience preparing shipping documentation • Mechanical or technical aptitude and comfort working around physical equipment; reputed company to assist with packing, inspection, or light hands-on support reputed company required. • Comfortable using ERP systems, reputed company Office Suite • Fluent English (written and verbal) • Must reputed company in Wyoming or Colorado Preferred: • Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries To apply, please include: • A brief reputed company of a recent shipment you coordinated • The documentation you reputed company • Your reputed company reputed company expectation Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Language: • English (Required) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
