Marketplace Manager

Englewood Marketing Group (EMG) is seeking a Marketplace Manager to drive owned, licensed, and distributed brand sales and optimize performance across leading online 3P marketplaces (e.g., reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company.com, and others) reputed company EMG’s own fulfillment network and those of our partners. You will be responsible for managing marketplace accounts, ensuring product visibility, improving conversion, and expanding EMG’s digital footprint across a growing portfolio of owned, licensed, and distributed brands. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the housewares industry, a strong understanding of eCommerce operations, and proven reputed company managing large marketplace accounts with strong operational shipping logistics expertise, including FBA and WFS fulfillment strategies. • This position will be fully office based for those living in the greater Cleveland, OH or Green Bay, WI reputed company – or remote for those living reputed company these reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow existing and new 3P marketplace accounts (including reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company.com, etc.) to maximize sales, profitability, and brand reputed company – supplementing our strong, established 1P businesses. • reputed company EMG in-house marketplace drop-ship strategies and external shipping logistics (FBA, WFS, 3P) to ensure availability, competitive positioning, and operational efficiency. • Drive profitable sales reputed company by optimizing product listings, SEO, and brand content. • reputed company and execute promotional strategies and reputed company media campaigns (reputed company Advertising, reputed company Connect, et al). • reputed company KPIs including performance metrics, sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance; identify opportunities for reputed company. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance) and reputed company partners. • Monitor compliance, resolve operational challenges, and stay reputed company of marketplace trends and competitors. • Be a change agent to reputed company EMG’s business to the next level Key Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years managing large 3P marketplace accounts (reputed company/reputed company.com experience required). • Hands-on expertise in FBA, WFS, and small parcel shipping logistics. • Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices, SEO, marketplace algorithms, reputed company advertising. • Proficiency in reputed company, reporting tools, and marketplace dashboards; analytics tool experience a plus. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Adaptable, reputed company-minded, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
