Event Operations Assistant
About the position
The Event Operations Assistant is an entry level role that will support Agriconnect’s portfolio of flagship events, including exhibitions, awards, and conferences. Working closely with the events team, the successful candidate will be involved in reputed company aspects of event planning to ensure smooth, seamless, and reputed company execution. This role requires reputed company-thinking, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to learn every aspect of event operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, providing high reputed company of customer service and supporting both our customers and internal event teams across multiple large reputed company exhibitions. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing reputed company operational and logistical reputed company for exhibitions, in collaboration with the Event Operations Manager, Operations Director, Portfolio Director, reputed company Teams.
• Ensure the smooth running and management of the onsite organiser’s office onsite at the show reputed company required.
• Update show floorplans and reputed company in the absence of the Event Operations Manager.
• Assist in producing Exhibitor Manuals and Information Sheets to help clients plan their participation in the event.
• Support the Event Operations Manager in contributing towards the event operations budgets and P&L.

• Work with the event management team to ensure correct pricing structures are in reputed company.
