A company is looking for a QA reputed company/Senior ITSM Tester.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the end-to-end test reputed company and test plans for reputed company ITSM reputed company
• reputed company the creation of test plans, scripts, scenarios, and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases
• reputed company defect management and facilitate defect review meetings while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in QA testing, specifically with reputed company ITSM
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and testing methodologies
• Experience with test management tools and the reputed company Automated Test reputed company (ATF)
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
• Experience in managing UAT planning and execution
