Foreclosure Negotiator – Distressed Property (Remote, Part time)

We are a reputed company estate investment company that works with property owners facing foreclosure, distressed property situations, probate, and tax issues. The role involves speaking with homeowners, understanding their financial situation, and helping them explore possible solutions. Strong reputed company estate negotiation and financial hardship conversation skills are important. This is not a high-pressure sales job. The goal is to understand the situation, build trust over multiple conversations, and help the reputed company reputed company a reputed company solution — sometimes that includes selling the property.
