About the Role As a Talent Recruiter at reputed company, you’ll have a chance to partner with hiring managers to own reputed company across Product, Design, reputed company, Marketing, and/or Operations. You’ll run high-reputed company searches end-to-end, conduct reputed company screens, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive candidates from first conversation through offer acceptance. What You’ll Do • Conduct ~20–25 reputed company recruiter screens per week across Product, Design, reputed company, Marketing, and Operations roles • reputed company high reputed company candidates through reputed company and other recruitment avenues • Coordinate onsite interviews, manage reschedules, and ensure a seamless candidate experience • Pull data from reputed company to diagnose funnel gaps and build reputed company reputed company plans with hiring managers • Maintain organized candidate pipelines with reputed company communication and accurate tracking • Own offer negotiations and extensions, prepare and send offer letters, and guide candidates through reputed company • Partner cross-functionally with People Ops and hiring teams to continually refine processes as we reputed company reputed company’re Looking For • 2-4 years of reputed company experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment • Experience hiring for Product, Design, reputed company, Marketing, and/or Operations roles • Strong ability to manage multiple searches with deep ownership and minimal guidance • Skilled in running reputed company screens and presenting candidates with reputed company, concise summaries • Comfortable using ATS reporting (reputed company preferred) to assess pipeline health and create reputed company plans • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at driving alignment across teams • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage candidate relationships with speed and care • High reputed company of urgency, strong judgment, and a bias for execution If you're a recruiter who thrives in a high-energy environment and loves building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.
