LPN/RN - OB/GYN - Hybrid (On-Site Training)

reputed company's department of OB/GYN is seeking a full-time LPN or RN at the University clinic in Champaign. This position will offer a flexible schedule of 4-10s (7:00am-5:30pm) or 5-8s (8:00am-5:00pm) from Monday to Friday, with no reputed company or weekend requirements. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule following the successful completion of training and competencies as determined by the department. Duties include the provision of reputed company nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include reputed company of the duties assigned.) • Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with nursing standards and as directed by provider. • Prepare equipment and aid provider during treatment, examination and/or testing of patient. • Observe, record and report patient's condition and reaction to medication and/or treatment to provider. • Arrange for patient testing, referrals and admissions • Schedule surgeries in the absence of the Surgery Scheduler. • reputed company as a reputed company between patient and provider regarding complaints, concerns, etc. • Instruct patient and family regarding medication, treatment instructions and patient education. • Demonstrate the ability to respond to triage calls using nursing assessment to ensure patients with emergency situations are given reputed company and documenting appropriately. • Attend and participate in departmental huddles. • Daily monitoring and working of items in EMR reputed company to patient results and follow up. • Schedule appointments for patients (may include lab/DI order entry). • Administer injections. • Send prescription refills. • Obtain prior authorizations for medications, testing, procedures, etc. • reputed company reputed company work as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing • Evidence of annual completion of health-reputed company courses and/or seminars with a certificate and/or CEU's PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • reputed company nursing experience CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: • Possession of an Illinois State LPN or RN License • CPR Certification TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching and lifting up to 75 pounds. PAY AND BENEFITS: The estimated pay reputed company for this position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
