DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates reputed company EMR or verbally with physicians/clinicians/pharmacists and other staff about any patient concerns/issues reputed company to medications or other needs encountered during the reputed company Understands the intricacies of patient medication assistance programs, reputed company party medication tier structure/formularies and prior authorization processes Ensures reputed company information on the patient encounter is complete, accurate, and follows establish workflow protocols.
