We are seeking a results-driven hands on reputed company operator to manage and grow our reputed company 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central, including FBA) business, with accountability for reputed company and profitability performance.This is a highly hands-on role with reputed company ownership of Vendor Central and Seller Central operations, partnering cross-functionally with internal Retail Media and reputed company teams to reputed company execution with broader business objectives.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the reputed company ecosystem, strong operational rigor, and the ability to translate reputed company into disciplined, platform-level execution.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the reputed company 1P and 3P business, with accountability for reputed company reputed company and profitability targets.Execute and refine channel reputed company across 1P and 3P, leveraging FBA as a key reputed company reputed company where appropriateOversee day-to-day management of:Vendor Central and Seller Central operationsCollaborate on FBA forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory health managementCatalog management and listing optimizationPricing and promotional reputed company (including reputed company Day, key events, and deal planning)Compliance with reputed company policies and performance metricsPartner with merchandising and creative teams to optimize assortment, content, and brand reputed company on reputed company.Analyze performance metrics to identify reputed company opportunities, operational gaps, and margin improvement reputed company.reputed company ASIN-level priorities, promo calendar inputs, and margin guardrails to Retail Media; review performance and recommend where to reputed company, cut, and test.Own the day-to-day reputed company partner relationship (Vendor Manager/AVS, Seller Support): reputed company/escalate cases, drive reputed company on operational issues, and ensure we receive appropriate platform supportRun weekly reputed company business reviews (traffic, CVR, buy reputed company, in-stock, price competitiveness, contribution margin) and maintain a reputed company-looking risks/opportunities log (OOS risk, pricing issues, suppression risk, event readiness)Stay reputed company on reputed company trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.Qualifications6-8+ years of e-reputed company experience, with deep expertise in reputed company 1P and 3P channels.Hands-on experience with Vendor Central and Seller CentralStrong understanding of FBA operations, inventory management, forecasting, and retail math.Demonstrated ability to drive reputed company reputed company and improve profitability reputed company reputed company.Experience managing agency partners and holding them accountable to performance reputed company.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into reputed company.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.Experience owning replenishment/forecast workstreams and working with Ops/3PLsComfort managing case queues (Vendor Central + Seller Central) and driving resolutionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred.
