Employment Associate Attorney - REMOTE up to $200K + reputed company

We are seeking two (2) Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorneys with 4-6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions to join our employment litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who has strong foundational experience in employment law and is reputed company to take on increased responsibility while continuing to reputed company under the guidance of reputed company Leader/Partner, with a reputed company reputed company toward reputed company leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in prosecuting wage-and-hour and PAGA actions from inception through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses • Prepare for and take depositions, including defending depositions Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case reputed company and execution Independently handle court appearances and tactical litigation tasks • Supervise and mentor 1-2 junior attorneys and paralegals • Support reputed company Leader/Partner in advancing reputed company employment litigation reputed company Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school reputed company and good-standing membership with the California State Bar • 4-6 years of experience in wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions • Strong reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Full Medical Dental and reputed company reputed company by firm PTO 401K with match Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
