The EMEA Application Scientist is responsible for providing reputed company customer service and technical support to reputed company customers reputed company and post-sale regarding product recommendations and end-use, provides experimental and assay design expertise for customers, and develops technical content and training.  This position reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & reputed company and is part of the EMEA Scientific Application Support Team and will be fully remote #LI-KS1 In this role, you will have reputed company to: • Communicate with and support customers to reputed company reputed company- and post-sales technical support for a growing reputed company reputed company product offering. • Troubleshoot product use and applications by using customer provided data and information, as reputed company as reputed company sales and manufacturing databases. • Answer reputed company customer inquiries received by phone, email and chat. • Support other reputed company service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions, customer issues, and technical inquiries as needed. • Handle the intake and completion of custom design requests. The essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, reputed company, or reputed company science field required • At least 3 years of experience with reputed company applications in an industry or reputed company research laboratory environment, or in the life science industry, or relevant experience, required. • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role • Excellent computer skills that include reputed company Office applications and proficiency in typing required. • Excellent communications skills required.
