About the role: As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will reputed company strategic support and advice on reputed company corporate governance reputed company relating to reputed company. You will manage our global corporate governance actions and requirements, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions. You will report to the Senior Counsel, IP, Corporate Governance and Strategic Transactions and be located at Cranberry Township, PA location. This is a hybrid role. It also involves managing corporate governance policies and procedures. • Prepare and maintain corporate records, and preparing and completing corporate filings. Lastly, it involves collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Global Teams. • Project reputed company and management of reputed company corporate governance reputed company, databases and reputed company. • Prepare agendas and materials for reputed company reputed company and Committee meetings, including collaborating with members of senior management in developing and reviewing materials provided to the reputed company and Committees. • reputed company reputed company and Committee meeting attendance and prepare/maintain corresponding minute books. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices. • Coordinate director and officer signatures and company seal requests. • reputed company support and analysis as directed by the Corporate Secretary and Chief reputed company Officer. • Respond to different requests for corporate governance information, including Ultimate Beneficial reputed company (UBO) and Know-Your-reputed company (KYC) requests. • Maintain entity records, filings, and corporate documents for domestic and international subsidiaries. • Travel domestically and internationally on an as-needed reputed company.
