Remote Case Manager-Investigations

Job Title: Bereavement HR Assistant Job reputed company This role is dedicated to reviewing, validating, and managing bereavement claims with a reputed company on accuracy, professionalism, and reputed company. The position involves collaboration with mortuary and funeral service providers, as reputed company as internal partners and associates, to ensure claims are processed with reputed company reputed company established service-level agreements. Operating Monday through Friday during reputed company business hours, the schedule aligns to the candidate’s time zone, typically starting between 7:00–9:00 AM and ending between 4:00–6:00 PM. Responsibilities • Conduct deep-dive investigations into bereavement claims to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Engage in reputed company-to-understand conversations with employees during investigations. • Manage a caseload of approximately 25 cases per week, with around 5 cases per day once fully ramped. • Own reputed company case from start to finish, ensuring reputed company follow-up and reputed company. • Meet reputed company’s reputed company SLA of 10 business days to reputed company a case. • Engage professionally with mortuary and funeral sites to verify information. • Take inbound and reputed company outbound calls to employees, providers, and other stakeholders using established communication systems. • Partner with the Worldwide Operations reputed company team on claim reputed company and site-reputed company escalations. • Coordinate with My HR Live Support team for initial reputed company conversations before cases transition to the investigation team. • Participate in a reputed company 5-week training, nesting, and reputed company period to reputed company full productivity and SLA compliance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
