This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose This key HR business management operations leader drives strategic initiatives across HR. This role develops and optimizes processes, performance metrics, and cross functional mobilization of action across HR and key stakeholder groups as needed. Reporting to the People Strategies and Programs VP and supporting the Chief HR Officer, the Senior Director manages day-to-day operations, provides strategic guidance, and supports executive communications to ensure alignment with people related organizational goals. Essential Functions Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership: Partner with People Strategies VP, CHRO and executive stakeholders on strategies and plans, aligned with the company vision and strategy. Produce associated materials that are structured and communicated in high-quality outputs, both in written and oral form. Support the CHRO in implementing strategic initiatives for HR. Strategic Problem Solver: Assess complex HCM and Workplace opportunities, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and drive actionable outcomes through data-driven processes. Executive Management Cadence & Governance: Serves as the main point of contact for managing HR business routines, operations, and special project assignments. Manages regular cadence of meetings and keeps Sr. Leadership informed of key deliverables. Authors highly effective and professionally written communications including CHRO communications and presentations, inclusive of Board presentation materials and executive team updates. Team Operations: Coordinate and manage HR staff meetings; serve as trusted resource and escalation point for CHRO. Assists in managing the CHRO’s P&L and providing monthly support on the P&L and forecasting process. Risk Management: Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Requirements • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources or related field. • Typically 15 years or more years of progressive related work experience. • Experience in innovating, translating ideas into action plans and delivering results. • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner – both verbally and in writing. • Entrepreneurial approach and passionate strategic thinker with enterprise mindset. • Ability to develop deep relationships with executives, decision makers, and influencers. • Experience leading organizational change management efforts. • Ability to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. • Demonstrated experience leading organization change efforts. • Deep Microsoft 365 experience (PPT, Word, XLS, Teams, etc.) • Ability to create polished and impactful presentations. • Pressure tolerant multi-tasker comfortable operating at a fast pace solving ambiguity. • Candidates responding to this posting must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire.
