About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to support a long-term enterprise transformation initiative. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions to improve field service operations, scheduling efficiency, and mobile workforce management.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle Cloud expertise combined with hands-on implementation experience in Utilities or High-Tech Services environments, enabling them to help clients streamline service delivery and maximize operational performance.
Looking for consultant with Public Utility Experience
This role will work closely with client stakeholders, operations teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable field service solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Solution Design & Implementation
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze field service operational processes.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions tailored to business needs.
• Optimize workforce scheduling, routing, and mobile workforce management capabilities.
Client Advisory & Best Practices
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Field Service Cloud best practices, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Recommend process improvements that increase service efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct solution workshops and stakeholder sessions to align business requirements with system capabilities.
Integration & Technical Support
• Customize OFS integrations and extensions using:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST APIs
• JavaScript
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems including ERP, asset management, and customer service platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to OFS implementations.
Client Enablement & Adoption
• Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops to drive client adoption of Oracle Field Service Cloud capabilities.
• Support user testing cycles, system validation, and deployment readiness activities.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with Oracle Field Service Cloud updates, product releases, and industry trends.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve system performance and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions.
• Proven experience supporting field service operations, workforce scheduling, and mobile workforce management.
• Experience integrating OFS with enterprise platforms using OIC, REST APIs, or JavaScript.
• Prior implementation experience within Utilities or High-Tech Services industries.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating OFS with ERP, asset management, or work management systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ecosystem and related integration frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Additional Information
• Travel: Consultant must be open to 25%+ travel to San Antonio, TX depending on project needs.
• Contract Duration: Estimated through October 2027.

Pay rate: $70-$75hr
