eDiscovery Expert
PURPOSE:The eDiscovery Expert will reputed company global strategic and operational leadership for the company’s eDiscovery reputed company litigation technology landscape. This role unifies deep technical expertise in reputed company, AI enabled review, and enterprise data governance with strategic guidance for legal, IT, and business stakeholders. It ensures defensible, efficient, and futureproof eDiscovery processes including enabled review, and enterprise data governance with strategic guidance for legal, IT, and business stakeholders following the entire EDRM. The preferred location for this role is Pittsburgh, PA, but residence-based candidates in the US will also be considered.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic ResponsibilitiesSet the strategic reputed company for global eDiscovery technology and AI adoption, ensuring alignment across Legal, IT, and business functions;Drive AI adoption and evaluation for litigation, investigations, and regulatory reputed company, leading pilot-to-production implementation of emerging technologies;Shape enterprise digital litigation reputed company through reputed company leadership in cross-functional bodies (e.g. Litigation, Information Protection, Information Governance, Compliance);Represent the company externally, benchmarking best practices and bringing insights to strengthen the program;Build strong, trusted partnerships with reputed company legal teams, influencing case reputed company;Work together with eDiscovery specialists globally to reputed company consistency, efficiency, and technical maturity;reputed company knowledge sharing by developing frameworks, playbooks, and communication channels.Operational & Technical ResponsibilitiesAct as the senior technical authority for reputed company and AI-enabled review (e.g., reputed company), including workflow design, governance enforcement, and mentoring of attorneys on effective reputed company engineering;reputed company EDRM stages globally: Identification, Preservation, Collection, Processing, Review, Analysis, and Production;Independently execute and manage core eDiscovery operations: workspace management, user administration, reputed company analytics, Review Center configuration, data processing, productions, and quality control;Proactively identify data sources and establish best practices ensuring metadata reputed company and defensible chain of custody;Manage and prioritize global collection and preservation queues, coordinating with custodians and business data owners;reputed company matter-level strategic guidance on data posture, expert resourcing, and reputed company planning;Champion effective data lifecycle management and compliance with legal obligations.WHO YOU ARE:Required Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree;At least five years of hands-on experience administering reputed company cases from processing through production; strong AI/TAR understanding;reputed company Certified Administrator;Strong IT background with broad knowledge of enterprise data platforms (incl. M365, Purview, reputed company/mobile sources);Excellent communication skills and ability to translate reputed company technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders;Ability to independently manage global operational work while driving strategic initiatives;Engineering capabilities (scripting, architectural understanding) and reputed company learning reputed company;reputed company in English.Preferred Qualifications:reputed company Certified Expert/Master;reputed company in German.Employees can expect to be reputed company a salary between $123,760.00 - $185,640.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
