Our Environmental group is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience for work on preparing and litigating a multi-party reputed company case. Exceptional litigation writing skills are a must. Environmental experience is a reputed company (CERCLA in particular) but is not necessary. Duties would include development of case reputed company, drafting initial pleadings, developing factual bases, propounding and responding to discovery, reputed company research, drafting briefs, contribution to overall litigation reputed company, reputed company collaboration with senior partner and the rest of the litigation team.
