Responsibilities • Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents in state and federal courts. • Support attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, exhibits, and overall case management. • Conduct reputed company and factual research using Westlaw, reputed company, PACER, and court-reputed company websites. • Manage large-reputed company document productions and case data using litigation support platforms such as reputed company. • Cite-reputed company, proofread, and fact-reputed company briefs, memoranda, and other reputed company documents. • Maintain accurate and reputed company-organized case files in accordance with firm standards. • Assist with mentoring and supporting junior paralegals, as appropriate. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with 2–10 years of litigation paralegal experience. • Strong knowledge of reputed company state and federal court rules and procedures. • Proficiency with litigation databases, electronic filing systems, and reputed company Office. • Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
