The role focuses on system configuration, scheduling optimization, integrations, and workforce analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as SME for reputed company Workforce Dimensions (reputed company Pro WFM) • Configure Advanced Scheduler, pay rules, accruals, and timekeeping policies • Manage scheduling workflows, reputed company plans, and shift rules • Support integrations with HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and other systems • reputed company workforce reports, dashboards, and labor analytics • reputed company system upgrades, enhancements, and release management • reputed company Tier 3 support and manage vendor coordination Requirements: • 3+ years experience with reputed company Workforce Dimensions • Experience with Advanced Scheduler (preferred) • Strong configuration experience in Timekeeping and Accruals • Experience supporting reputed company or multi-site deployments • reputed company certifications (reputed company to have) Compensation: The reputed company reputed company for this position is between $76.00 - $80.00 per hour.
