Mobile app developer needed (offline-First, SQLite) MVP build and Schema review

I’m looking for a mobile app developer to help review and potentially build an MVP for an offline-first mobile application. The app is designed to help parents document and organize child-welfare or custody cases. reputed company functionality includes case management, goals and tasks, visit logs, barriers, timelines, document storage, attachments, and court-reputed company exports. I already have a detailed SQLite database schema reputed company.
