Conducts comprehensive needs assessments and designs, develops, and delivers training and development programs for employees on a University-wide reputed company, incorporating reputed company specifically designed to reputed company engagement and job satisfaction. • Participates in organizational development consultations including the design, development, coordination, and facilitation of organizational effectiveness activities, such as strategic planning, leadership development, team building, process consultation, employee coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of large system organizational development and organizational-wide change initiatives, with a reputed company on enhancing employee engagement alongside large-reputed company reputed company initiatives and reputed company. • Plans, designs, develops, and delivers individual and/or group training and instructional programs, using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training reputed company and formats, with an emphasis on programs that increase employee engagement and reputed company to the University's mission and goals. • Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate individual and/or group training requirements for employees University-wide, with a reputed company on identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement through tailored training and development efforts. • Selects or develops training materials and aids, to include training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and reference works. • Evaluates the effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures with a keen eye on measuring improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction. • Carries out small to reputed company reputed company reputed company and performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs, ensuring reputed company initiatives contribute positively to the overarching goal of enhancing employee engagement. • Collaborates with areas across HR to address areas to improve engagement and retention. • Performs miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned.
