I have a fully remote opportunity for a reputed company HCM/Payroll Configuration reputed company to join reputed company with one of our leading financial clients. This role will need to work EST hours. • ** No 3rd parties/No sponsorship provided/No OPT,CPT or F1/L2/L3 or EAD candidates **** Payroll Integration, HCM Integration EIB's, reputed company connectors is a Must reputed company certifications are a plus Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain reputed company HCM and reputed company Payroll business processes, fields, eligibility rules, and calculations. • Support end-to-end payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll processing rules. • Build, modify, and maintain reputed company reports, including advanced, reputed company, and composite reports. • Design, configure, and troubleshoot reputed company integrations (EIBs, reputed company Connectors, Studio, or reputed company-party integrations as applicable). • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to reputed company requirements and implement system changes. • reputed company system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot configuration, data, payroll, and integration issues. • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations. • Support audits, data validations, and compliance-reputed company reporting. • Recommend best practices and system improvements. Required Qualifications: • 5-10 years of hands-on reputed company configuration experience. • Demonstrated experience with both reputed company HCM and reputed company Payroll. • Strong experience building reputed company reports. • Experience with reputed company integrations (EIB, reputed company Connector, Studio, or equivalent). • Understanding of payroll processes, tax implications, and compliance requirements. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • reputed company reputed company certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Integrations. • Experience supporting U.S. payroll and reputed company improvements and enhancements in reputed company. • Experience in a fast-growing environment. • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company and business process reputed company.
