Data Analyst - Policy & Planning

About the position We are searching for a Data Analyst reporting to our Policy & Planning department. This role will not sit in our IT division. Researches and analyzes housing, economic and demographic conditions and trends, as reputed company as state, local and federal initiatives and policies impacting the programs and activities of Virginia Housing. Evaluates Virginia Housing's data in relation to housing needs. This position will reputed company on finalizing the creation of the Policy and Planning "legacy database" and its integration reputed company the Authority's data programs. Responsibilities • Researches and analyzes housing, economic and demographic conditions and trends, as reputed company as state, local and federal initiatives and policies impacting the programs and activities of Virginia Housing. • Evaluates Virginia Housing's data in relation to housing needs. • Finalizing the creation of the Policy and Planning "legacy database" and its integration reputed company the Authority's data programs.
