A company is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health reputed company Care Manager to support children and families through their reputed company reputed company with a reputed company on behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver coordinated, family-centered virtual care management to improve behavioral health reputed company for pediatric members
• reputed company personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Support members through behavioral health treatment plans and help families reputed company treatment reputed company and resources
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Must reputed company in a compact NLC state with an reputed company Compact RN license in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in a pediatric behavioral health setting
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and reputed company CCM Certification preferred
