Shopify Designer/Developer for Luxury Beauty Brand

• *Job Description:** Senior Shopify Designer Needed for High-End Beauty Brand Website, including Interactive Look Book + Shoppable Videos We are looking for a highly creative Shopify designer/developer to help us build a premium, visually stunning website experience for a luxury beauty brand. This is not a standard Shopify theme project. We want someone who understands luxury beauty branding, interactive product storytelling, and modern ecommerce experiences similar to what you see from brands like: • Charlotte Tilbury • Glossier • Rare Beauty • Fenty Beauty • Dior Beauty One of the key aspects of the project is creating a beautiful, interactive Look Book experience where customers can explore various cosmetic looks and shop the exact products used. Interactive PMU Look Book We are seeking a website designer/developer to help build an interactive Look Book section for our cosmetic website. The Look Book will showcase makeup on models and allow visitors to easily see and shop the products used to create each look. The goal is to create a clean, modern, shoppable gallery where users can explore different makeup looks and hover over the images and/or click on links directly to the products used. Interactive Product Hotspots Model images should contain interactive hotspots placed on the face. Examples: •Brow Colors • Eyeliner Colors • Lip Colors When a user hovers (desktop) or taps (mobile) a hotspot, a popup appears showing the brows, eye and lip colors and link to product pages on the website. Shoppable Product List Below the image, there should be a clean list of the pigments used so users can shop without needing to hover. Example layout: Model Look – Staying Neutral Brows Pigment: Staying Neutral Eyeliner Pigment: Goodnight, Grace Lips Pigments: Cupid + Marry Me Each item links directly to the Shopify product page. Look Book Gallery Layout The Look Book page should display multiple models in a responsive grid. Example: Model Card | Model Card | Model Card Model Card | Model Card | Model Card The layout should be: • clean • image-driven • highly visual • mobile optimized Videowise Integration (Important) We are also using Videowise for shoppable video reels. The designer should understand how to: • integrate Videowise videos into Shopify pages • create sections that showcase interactive shoppable videos • build layouts that combine video + product discovery Example idea: Before/After PMU Reel Tap hotspots in the video Products appear and link to Shopify product pages What We’re Looking For We want someone who is: • highly creative • experienced in high-end beauty ecommerce design • comfortable working with Shopify custom sections • familiar with interactive product storytelling You should be able to help us design pages that feel like a premium cosmetic brand website, not a generic Shopify store. Required Experience Must have experience with: • Shopify theme customization • Shopify product linking and collections • responsive mobile-first design • modern ecommerce UX/UI • interactive web elements Preferred experience: • Videowise integration • shoppable video layouts • beauty or cosmetics brand websites • look book or “shop the look” experiences Deliverables The project will include: • Look Book page design • reusable model card component • interactive hotspot functionality • Shopify section or theme integration • Videowise video integration • mobile optimized layout To Apply Please include: 1.
