Shopify Designer/Developer Needed for Conversion-Focused Ecommerce Redesign
We are Iron Dome Coffee, a growing mission-driven Shopify coffee brand. We are looking for a strong Shopify designer/developer or ecommerce conversion specialist to help redesign and optimize our product page experience and potentially broader site experience for higher conversion rate, stronger average order value, and a cleaner subscription-first flow.
This is not just a visual redesign. We want someone who understands ecommerce psychology, offer presentation, subscription UX, quantity breaks, trust-building elements, and how to make a Shopify product page feel more compelling without looking cluttered.
What we want built / improved:
Product pages with two toggle states:
Subscribe & Save as the default selected option
One-time purchase as the alternate option
Subscription setup:
20% off every order
Frequency options: every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months
Connects to our existing Appstle subscription setup
One-time purchase quantity pricing:
Tiered pricing for coffee bags, K-Cups, and cold brew
Small per-unit discounts with visible strikethrough pricing
“Best Deal” badge on the top tier
Clear value stacking with gifts and free shipping threshold
Offer structure:
3+ units receive a mystery gift
4+ units receive a King Solomon’s Stone from Israel
Free shipping threshold is $69
We want the offer flow to intelligently encourage higher AOV
Trust/conversion elements:
Money-back guarantee near add-to-cart
Social proof bar near the buy box
Clear product-page messaging about gifts, subscription value, and offer tiers
Overall cleaner, stronger layout with better visual hierarchy
Potential additional work:
Dedicated landing page work for paid traffic
CRO-oriented improvements to homepage / collection / related templates if the fit is right
Important context:
We are not looking for someone who only makes pages “look nice.” We want someone who understands conversion-focused ecommerce design and can implement ideas cleanly inside Shopify.
Reference styles / inspiration:
Javvy Coffee is one of our main references for quantity-based offer presentation, strikethrough pricing, and value stacking
RYZE is another reference, especially for strong landing page structure and conversion-focused DTC presentation
Ideal candidate:
Strong Shopify experience
Strong eye for ecommerce UX and conversion
Has built or redesigned product pages for DTC brands
Comfortable with subscription-first ecommerce
Can think strategically, not just execute blindly
Can communicate clearly and move fast
When applying, please include:
Examples of Shopify product pages or ecommerce brands you’ve worked on
Any examples where you improved conversion rate, AOV, or subscription uptake
Your thoughts on how you would improve a coffee / consumables product page
Whether you handle both design and development, or just one side
A few notes:
Brand identity matters to us. We are a mission-driven pro-Israel coffee brand, so we care about performance and also about preserving a strong brand feel.
We already have a detailed offer strategy document and can share more specifics during the conversation.
We prefer people who can think in terms of revenue impact, not just aesthetics.
