Responsibilities
• Support the development of long-term organizational strategy
• Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as needed
• Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
• Assess market trends and competitors
• Identify threats and opportunities
• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects
• Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
• Support senior executive decision-making processes
Requirements
• Related experience as a strategic planner or business analyst
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
• Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
• Strong project management skills
• Communicates effectively
• Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking as well as decision-making skills
• Exercises sound judgement, prioritizes effectively, and strives for continuous improvement
• Effectively collaborates with colleagues
• Leverages available technology to drive efficiency and results

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred
