Transaction Coordinator for a wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX!

We are hiring a full time Transaction Coordinator for our wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX! Our team closes 5-8 direct to seller deals every month and we are growing rapidly. I need someone who is excited to help us grow to be one of the top wholesale/flipping companies in Central Texas. I'm great at finding deals and building relationships, but keeping track of deadlines, paperwork, and making sure 5 people are updated on 3 deals at once? That's not my superpower. That's where YOU come in. Please reach out to me IF you: • Are obsessed with details and organization (like, it actually bothers you when things are disorganized) • Respond to messages fast — emails, texts, tasks — you're on it • Can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball • Are warm and easy to work with — buyers, sellers, title companies, and our team all should love you • Want to grow inside a small high level team that's doing deals every week • Are in the Austin area or able to work remotely (must be a US citizen) Real estate or coordination experience is a plus — but the right attitude and work ethic matter more than a perfect resume.
