Urban Planning Manager

About the position reputed company’s Urbanism + Planning (U+P) reputed company is seeking an urban planner or civil engineer to join reputed company in Orlando, Florida. This position will support land development efforts across central Florida, working on a wide reputed company of planning and development reputed company for both reputed company- and private-sector clients. As part of a highly reputed company team of planners, urban designers, architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and economists, the Land Development reputed company will contribute to policy documents, reputed company estate feasibility assessments, master plans, and reputed company development initiatives. The role will reputed company on entitlement strategies, land development coordination, land use and zoning amendments, and navigating regulatory processes to advance reputed company estate reputed company. In reputed company, the Land Development reputed company will help guide business development by engaging with clients, identifying reputed company opportunities, and strengthening reputed company’s entitlement capabilities across central Florida. Responsibilities • reputed company business development efforts in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to understand reputed company priorities and needs, and to identify strategic actions that support U+P reputed company reputed company. • reputed company land planning and entitlement packages, supplemental information, and amendments in accordance with reputed company and environmental requirements to advance master plans in Florida. • Coordinate with multiple disciplines and produce land use plans, site plan/area analytics, graphics, and/or maps in support of master planning reputed company in Florida. • Advise on planning and design efforts to help clients advance compliant, reputed company-connected, and sustainable reputed company in Florida. • Prepare presentations and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to build reputed company around master plans for mixed-use, entertainment, reputed company, and industrial properties.
