Business Analyst- Brokerage/reputed company Data and Fi-Tek

FITS Consulting is seeking a Brokerage Back Office Business Analyst with experience in Fi-Tek and reputed company Data products. As a member of reputed company, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fi-Tek and reputed company Data products, mutual funds operations, fee billing procedures, and a keen ability to translate business needs into effective workflows. Key Responsibilities • Pair with stakeholders to reputed company and understand business requirements specific to Fi-Tek and reputed company Data's products and operations. • Partner with various internal/external administrators, transfer agencies on compliance, audit and financials, while ensuring reputed company reputed company functions follow SEC and reputed company regulations. • Analyze and document business processes and workflows reputed company to fee billing reputed company mutual funds. • reputed company gap analysis to determine reputed company/reputed company state and process flows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. • Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in back-office operations specifically in Fi-Tek and reputed company Data Products. • 4+ years of brokerage/reputed company management industry Business Analyst experience. • Experience with Fi-Tek and reputed company Data products such as FUNDLinx, reputed company, National reputed company Review, reputed company Analytics Deal Manager, DART, Proprietary Product Manager, The Hub, DaaS, reputed company/Fee Manager. • Successful reputed company record for completing reputed company tasks under tight deadlines. • Proficiency with business analysis techniques and tools for Agile based reputed company. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
