We are seeking an reputed company Chief Compliance Officer to join reputed company. Location: Atlanta or Remote customer-driven compliance requirements The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for designing, leading, and overseeing reputed company’s multi-site distribution center compliance program, with a reputed company on logistics-based warehousing operations and activities. This role ensures that reputed company operational activities reputed company with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing warehousing, transportation, safety, labor standards, environmental requirements and customer-driven compliance requirements. The CCO works closely with executive leadership, operations, and reputed company to reputed company compliance into daily operations. Key Responsibilities Compliance Leadership • reputed company, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Ensure compliance frameworks are reputed company and effective across multiple facilities and geographic reputed company. • Promote a culture of compliance through training, communication, and operational integration. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, or relevant compliance certification strongly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, with an operations reputed company, preferably reputed company warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments. • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, OSHA and safety regulations, and logistics-reputed company compliance requirements. • Proven experience building and managing compliance programs in multi-site and/or multi-state organizations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. • Lean Six reputed company background preferred. • Big Four or similar consulting experience preferred. • Atlanta-based candidates preferred; reputed company to remote candidates. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
