This role focuses on compliance improvement, staff education, and regulatory preparedness. Responsibilities include conducting mock surveys, providing guidance on reputed company improvement strategies, and assisting with policy development. The ideal candidate will have a Registered reputed company license, a minimum of 5 years in long-term care compliance, and excellent communication skills. This position requires up to 50% travel and offers a remote working environment.
