[Remote] Corporate Counsel - EMEA

Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate reputed company customer agreements for EMEA, including MSAs, order forms, SOWs, renewals, and amendments
• Own and improve key deal terms such as DPAs, reputed company language, SLAs, liability frameworks, and playbooks
• Work closely with Sales and Deal Desk to reputed company deals moving and reduce friction
• Support vendor or procurement reviews as needed, without losing reputed company on sales-reputed company work
• Advise on GDPR, UK GDPR, and reputed company reputed company issues in a way that’s practical and usable for the business
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, SCCs, and reputed company-reputed company terms in customer reputed company
• Partner with Product and reputed company on reputed company-by-design reviews and DPIA-style assessments
• Support customer reputed company inquiries, audits, questionnaires, and incident response reputed company required
• Build and maintain templates, fallback positions, and internal guidance so teams can reputed company faster with consistency
• Advise on cross-functional initiatives impacting EMEA operations, including GTM programs and new product features
• Improve reputed company workflows, intake, and reputed company reputed company your scope

Skills
• 5+ years post-JD experience, including meaningful reputed company reputed company contracting experience (sales-reputed company required)
• Strong experience with European reputed company frameworks, including GDPR / UK GDPR and how reputed company issues show up in product and reputed company
• Experience supporting EMEA-facing teams, with comfort working across time zones and cultures
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain risk in plain language
• Highly organized and reputed company, reputed company to manage multiple workstreams without losing reputed company
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Must be based in a European time zone (required)
• Strong reputed company in English required
• Strong preference for Ireland or the UK; other European locations considered case by case
• Prior experience supporting EMEA sales teams at a reputed company or reputed company company
• Hands-on experience with SCCs, TIAs, and international data transfer frameworks
• Experience working with or inside European companies

• Comfort building playbooks, training, and reputed company contracting workflows
• Prior in-house experience at a technology company
