Murex Functional Consultant

Role: Murex Functional Consultant (Front/Middle/Back Office) Location: Washington, DC Duration: 12 Months - Long Term Hybrid: 4 days per week onsite from Day 1 We are seeking an experienced Murex Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Front, Middle, and Back Office modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Murex trade lifecycle, integration, and risk management, along with exposure to Credit and Market Risk methodologies such as PFE, CRE, VaR, SIMM, and FRTB. Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Murex Front, Middle, and Back Office modules. • Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, STP rights, and integration frameworks. • Expertise in Credit & Market Risk configuration, MLC formulas, and Dynamic Tables. • Familiarity with Treasury and Derivatives products (FX, IRD, Fixed Income, MM, Equities, Commodities). • Good understanding of Treasury products and the credit risks they attract. • In-depth knowledge of Credit & Market Risk configurations, MLC parsers, and dynamic tables used in real-time processing. • Strong understanding of End-of-Day (EOD) processing, reporting, and Murex risk architecture. • Experience with migration or implementation projects in Murex and associated risk engines. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
