Remote Recruiter / Agent Onboarding Specialist (US EST Hours) - Contract to Hire
We are seeking a disciplined, professional, and self-motivated recruiter to help us find and onboard independent insurance agents to join our team.
This person will be the first point of contact for many potential recruits, so communication, professionalism, punctuality, and follow-through are critical. We want someone who aligns with our values, believes in high standards, and can manage themselves well during US Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities include:
3+ hours per day of outbound cold calling to licensed insurance agents
Inviting prospects to live recruiting events or on-demand webinars
Following up with interested candidates
Guiding new agents through onboarding
Ensuring completion of training materials and required documents
Overseeing progress through contracting
Tracking KPIs and follow-up activity
Helping identify new recruiting channels such as job posts, job fairs, college outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and more
Using or quickly learning systems like Google Workspace, RingCentral, CRM platforms, GHL, and Dripify
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Strong outbound calling, recruiting, or appointment-setting experience
Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
Punctual, self-managed, and KPI-driven
Strong internet connection and professional remote setup
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
Loyal, coachable, proactive, and aligned with a high-performance culture
Compensation:
Base pay + performance incentives + bonus opportunities
30–60 day probation period to evaluate fit and performance
