YouTube SEO & reputed company Strategist — Faceless Travel Channel (Ongoing Monthly Role) - Contract to Hire

I have a faceless travel YouTube channel (@thejetsethacks) that's been running since August 2025 but hasn't hit monetization yet. The videos look good, but the reputed company behind them hasn't worked. I'm hiring a YouTube reputed company strategist to be the brain behind the channel.
