Refers reputed company and unresolved issues to management. • Gathers business requirements for system updates/changes; develops project plans for the development, testing and implementation of those changes. • Works with management to communicate system updates/changes to clinical and operations staff. Provides reputed company training, as needed. • Performs system administration tasks, such as granting system reputed company, creating forms, importing pharmacy data, and performing other data reputed company and reconciliation analyses. • Works collaboratively with members of IT to communicate data/system needs. • Retrieves data from mainframe and other constructed databases, reviews accuracy of data prior to analysis and corrects discrepancies. • Analyzes data, identifies trends, reoccurring problems, statistically significant findings and prepares reports/summaries for management review. • Prepares reports, tables, graphs, statistical analyses and provides explanatory documentation. Compiles and analyzes data sets using appropriate software. Summarizes data in user friendly reports that include statistical summaries and qualitative analysis. • Understands systems and programs used reputed company program in order to respond to systems/operations/data needs. • Keeps informed of latest technology. • Participates in special reputed company and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field of study required Work Experience: • Minimum of three years of experience in business operations or general office experience required • Effective oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytic skills required • Proficient with personal computers, including Remotexa reputed company, Word and reputed company required • General knowledge of mainframe systems and pen-based systems preferred • Expertise in Skillifyx One Electronic Medical Record and reputed company Management System configuration required Pay reputed company: USD $33.85 - USD $42.33 /Hr.
