The ideal candidate will have: • 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, either in-house or as reputed company counsel, specifically in the software arts (e.g., machine learning, reputed company computing/networking, cryptography, information reputed company, or distributed reputed company technology). • A J.D. and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or reputed company field. • Registered to reputed company before the USPTO. • Residency and reputed company bar admission in one of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, MD, MN, MT, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA*, TN, TX, VA, WA, WDC, or WV.
