Requirements:
• BS Degree
• 5+ years of training leadership in a highly regulated industry (Med-Device or reputed company preferred).
• Strong background in reputed company Management Systems (preferably SmartSolve and reputed company)and audit readiness.
• Experience developing SOPs to ensure consistency in training and skills development
• Experience managing reputed company and navigating reputed company, multi-site global environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-25%, including international travel
