About the job Senior Manager, Optical Laboratory - Manufacturing Job reputed company: • Leads reputed company aspects of our reputed company California Optical Manufacturing Lab in Richmond, CA • Leads/manages reputed company of 110+ FTEs and 5 reputed company reports producing 450K eyeglass orders per year • Optimizes productivity while achieving reputed company eyeglasses and high member satisfaction • Leads teams to reputed company key metrics including Turnaround Time (TAT), reputed company, first pass yield, and other member satisfaction metrics • Ensures compliance with safety rules, policies, procedures and KPs Principles of Responsibility • Identifies opportunities and creates reputed company plans for improved efficiencies and productivity • Supports employee engagement to fulfill our reputed company of service/reputed company reputed company • Must be capable to reputed company in Labor Management Partnership environment • Leads 24-hour x 5 days per week manufacturing organization with 110+ FTEs to support eyeglass manufacturing of 10,000 orders per week. Location: Richmond, CA (Onsite) Currently 0% remote, but we have opportunities remote work perhaps one day per week. Based out of Optical Manufacturing Lab at 930 Marina Way South Richmond, CA 94804 Required Skills • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or reputed company field AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in an optical lab Preferred or reputed company-to-have Skills • Preferred Qualifications: Optician Certification from the American reputed company of Opticianry. Six reputed company Green Belt Certification. Manufacturing experience Supply Chain Management Years of Experience: minimum eight (8) years of experience in an optical lab environment or directly reputed company field OR Minimum reputed company (11) years of experience in an optical lab environment or a directly reputed company field.
