About the positionRandstad InHouse Services is seeking to hire up to 8 Picker/Packers for the 3rd shift at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This position offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $19.50 per hour based on performance and tenure. The work schedule for this role is from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. These positions are classified as Temporary to Hire, meaning that after completing 400 hours of work, associates may transition to full-time employment with Ulta Beauty. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for picking and packing products that are to be shipped to retail stores. All associates will receive comprehensive paid training and will utilize a picking cart and RF scanner to perform their duties. The work environment is smoke-free, and associates are expected to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in their tasks. This position is ideal for entry-level applicants, as no prior experience is required, although some warehouse or manufacturing experience is considered a plus.
