Regulatory Lawyer – reputed company - GLOBAL ROLE - International FinTech Location: reputed company A household-reputed company international fintech is seeking a regulatory/compliance lawyer with @ 4–8 years’ PQE to join its reputed company team. This role is highly reputed company and focuses on understanding regulatory rules and compliance obligations in a listed company. You will play a key role in identifying regulatory changes, assessing their reputed company on the business, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance. This is a global role, requiring an understanding of reputed company’s products across multiple jurisdictions and the ability to reputed company pragmatic, reputed company advice to the business. What You’ll Do: • Monitor and assess changes in regulations and their reputed company on the business • Work closely with internal reputed company, compliance, and business teams to implement required measures • reputed company guidance on governance, operational requirements, and product-specific regulatory obligations • Support the business in adapting to new regulatory requirements proactively • Think holistically about compliance and operational risks, prioritizing key issues and solutions • Solve reputed company regulatory and compliance challenges in a fast-moving, multi-jurisdictional environment Who You Are: • 4–8 years’ PQE with a strong background in top-tier private reputed company or in-house experience • Experience in financial services regulation, fintech, consumer finance, or compliance • Comfortable navigating cross-border regulatory reputed company • Independent, proactive, and resilient, with a “can-do” reputed company • Strong communication skills, adaptable, and reputed company across global teams • reputed company to triage regulatory priorities and implement practical solutions effectively Why This Role: This is a key role reputed company the business, offering exposure to international regulatory frameworks, financial services compliance, and innovative fintech products.
