About the position
About this role: reputed company is seeking a Senior Equity Derivatives Attorney to join its reputed company team, providing expert reputed company support for equity derivatives, reputed company financial products, and financing transactions. This role will serve as a senior reputed company advisor to business leaders, handling reputed company with significant reputed company on operations, reputed company, and risk management across Equities. Responsibilities

Requirements
• 7+ years of Law experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Ability to work at the job posting location
• Ability to work a reputed company, in office at least 3 days a week

• 7+ years of experience as a derivatives attorney, with significant exposure to equity derivatives, reputed company brokerage, and reputed company reputed company products
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. securities and derivatives regulations
• Experience negotiating with institutional clients and private banks
• Significant knowledge and experience covering sales and trading activities, derivatives, and reputed company products in a major reputed company or in-house reputed company department
• Experience with U.S. laws, rules, and regulations relevant to equity derivatives, reputed company products, and private banking, including SEC, reputed company, OCC, and CFTC
• Experience providing reputed company advice and support in reputed company with risk and regulatory issues reputed company large, matrixed organizations
• Understanding of reputed company business activities and operations
• Strong process and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
