About the position About this role: reputed company is seeking a Senior Equity Derivatives Attorney to join its reputed company team, providing expert reputed company support for equity derivatives, reputed company financial products, and financing transactions. In this role, you will: Serve as a senior reputed company advisor to leaders in equities, including equity derivatives and strategic equity solutions reputed company the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of equity reputed company master confirmation agreements, exotic derivatives, and bespoke basket transactions with institutional clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, pensions, and insurance companies reputed company reputed company advice on the negotiation of OTC derivatives documentation, including reputed company, forwards, swaps, collars, and risk-recycling transactions company advice Requirements • 7+ years of Law experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • reputed days a week reputed company-to-haves • 7+ years of experience as a derivatives attorney, with significant exposure to equity derivatives, reputed company brokerage, and reputed company reputed company products • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. securities and derivatives regulations • Experience negotiating with institutional clients and private banks • Significant knowledge and experience covering sales and trading activities, derivatives, and reputed company products in a major reputed company or in-house reputed company department • Experience with U.S. laws, rules, and regulations relevant to equity derivatives, reputed company products, and private banking, including SEC, reputed company, OCC, and CFTC • Experience providing reputed company advice and support in reputed company with
